STELLAR allows custom designs for buildings. Independent subdivisions can be built utilizing products made in the STELLAR plant, buildings such as: Villas in various designs, schools, office buildings, mixed-use commercial buildings -- and multi-story buildings.

Site-plans are integrated as is best to site topographic.  Cultural traditions can be reflected even in facade details because concrete allows economical decorative realizations.

STELLAR plant is capable for high-volume production, thus big subdivision can be built fast.  STELLAR is as economical for Villas as for Mid-Rise, Multi-Story buildings.
